Absolute scam. Address doesn't show up on Google maps with a MORLEYS on it, yet they advertise it on Just eat. Alarm bells should of rung when it said it was taking orders from 3pm yet the opening times were all closed. However, being from the SE I got a bit haps seeing a MORLEYS this far west Driver lied and said he had tried to deliver and rang my phone 3 times. The driver map indicated he was 1 min away from the moment I ordered then went off line. Can't get in contact with the restaurant as they provide a mobile number which is switched off, and you have a 3 second window in which to voice your disapproval before the phone disconnects. If you call the restaurant from the app it will take you through to just eat were the advisor will not have a restaurant number, only the dead mobile number and will tell you the driver, instead of following covid 19 protocol and leaving your food on the floor, has taken your food, that YOU paid for back to the restaurant, as he tried to call you endlessly on your Nokia (set to outdoor mode) and hammered the door of your tiny ground floor council flat for 10 mins, YET neither you, your husband, the 2 babies, the dog OR the starving teenager hovering by the front door, heard him. She will then tell YOU that as an offer of GOOD WILL, they can give you 50% of your money back in just eat vouchers, yay. Considering Just eat promise a full refund for no delivery. Me thinks it's a bit of an inside scam. I used the just eat Web chat in the end and was refunded instantly and promised a full investigation. This advisor was brilliant. I'm still hungry, but at least they ain't getting my money. Overall, VERY PLEASED WITH JUST EAT. But AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE SYPHILLUS.
