We found Encompass to be the most professional, approachable and competitive in terms of price and so we engaged them to build a two storey side extension and single storey rear extension. We found Leon easy to deal with and his experience and suggestions ensured that we ended up with a well designed house throughout. Felix and his team were professional, hardworking and always cheerful. We lived in the house throughout the build, and amazingly, the team ensured that we were never without hot water, heating and somewhere to cook. We did have a number of issues during the 9 month project but solutions were never in short supply and Leon always ensured that we were aware of what was going on and provided options to resolve them. We now have a 5 bedroom house to be proud of. I would definitely recommend Encompass and would certainly consider using them again in future.

I have worked with Encompass on a number of projects now, and have found the experience to be a real pleasure each time. They are organised, professional, and the communication between them, their team and the clients is excellent. The best thing about them, for me, Leon's attention to detail. As a designer, to know that I'm talking to someone who knows the project inside out, is fantastic. I have no hesitation in recommending them to clients.

Expensive, poor workmanship, passive aggressive staff. Lots of added extras that suddenly appeared on the invoices but werent clearly discussed. I would never choose to use their services again.

Leon impressed me with his proactive "can-do" approach on a project in Earlsfield some years ago where my client had engaged his team on the back of excellent referrals. Their workmanship was excellent and I hope to be working with him again in the future.
