AVOID!!! AVOID!!! AVOID!! Rude, aggressive contractor. Refused to wear face-mask although they were aware of the extremely vulnerable resident. Have been back and forth with them and the council for the last 5 months. Disgusting behaviour. Each time they visit the property "to view the work that needs to be done"- only to then mark the job as complete. This is beyond a joke. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Proceed with caution- if you don't have to use them like most council tenants, then I would strongly advise you go elsewhere.

Very rude worker, no manners whatsoever, 6ft and very intimidating. No full PPE either just a mask worn under his nose. They are contracted out by Wandsworth Council abd over the last 10-15 years (I moved properiies in the meantime) they have got worse, if that's even possible. Tall Paul the managing director always seems to be off or on holiday and never returns calls when he is there! All their work I've had done is substandard ... one star is actually too much for them.
