A Neat Touch Alterations and Wedding Dresses

My mum made my wedding dress so it means a lot to me but it needed to be taken in and hemmed. The team there are amazing and did a beautiful job with the alterations. During my two fittings, the seamstress gave me some good advice on fit etc so it was nice having input from an expert as I have no clue! Picked my dress up today and I cant wait to wear it. Incredible! The service was excellent and she managed to pull off the near impossible on a one for all bridesmaids dress in a short timeframe. She really made me feel better when I was panicking after realising I couldnt fit into the dress and looked horrific, she helped alter it so it fit beautifully and no one noticed that it was altered. A Neat Touch did the alterations on my wedding dress. I was nervous as it was such a special outfit I didn't want anything to go wrong, but Toni and her team were so helpful and reassuring. They took the waist in, the hem up and added a bustle and padded cups, and made my veil shorter - I was so happy with the result, it looked incredible and fitted me perfectly. It was also such a nice experience with the whole shop to myself to try on and they were so patient with me coming back a couple of times to try on and make any further alterations and showing my mum how to do the bustle. Additionally, the price was so much more reasonable than what I had been quoted at a seamstress in Marylebone originally. Would 100% recommend! Service: Wedding gown alterations

I brought my wedding dress here a week before my wedding after the first alterations place I took it to said they were not able to do many of the alterations I needed. The ladies at A Neat Touch managed to find time for me the day after I called them in a panic, and when I came in, they immediately said they'd be able to make the alterations I wanted. They also suggested a few changes that massively improved the look of my dress, AND fixed some things that the last place hadn't done quite right. They were able to alter my dress in time for my wedding despite my last minute appointment, and at a very reasonable price! And they steamed the dress when I went to pick it up. They transformed my dress from something that I really wasn't happy with to something that fit me perfectly. I am so happy I managed to find them! Service: Alterations
