Lovely shop. Really good chocolate and love their brownies but they have recently changed the price from 2.8 to 3.20 and reduced to size of the brownie by about 33%. During an inflation, I get that tough decisions need to be made but I do think this is completely wrong.

Gorgeous treats, truly amazing - the owner is the most lovely man I have ever met, I used to go to their old branch before it closed. Since it closed Ive been coming to the one on Garratt Lane and Ive never ever been disappointed by the quality. I was shocked when we were asked what kind of chocolate we wanted for our sons frappe, he was very pleased (he got white, not what I wouldve gone before because of the fear of it being sickly, but he LOVED it, always asking to go back and get a different kind of chocolate in it.) The seating in the store is brilliant, its cozy and relaxing - I havent tried it yet, but Im sure itd be a peaceful place to have a coffee and get some emails sorted on your laptop (Ive seen others do it). I love the price of the flat white (very competitive, its my go-to and its usually much more expensive at other places.) My only negative experience was that once we went and there were no pastries or anything sweet to eat. (I was quite late in the day and no doubt it had been taken before so thats on me) Havent been in a few weeks because Ive been busy but I recommend it to everyone xx

Kept us going through lockdowns and working from home. A great chocolate shop indeed, but an incredibly underrated coffee shop. Consistent, great quality coffee from Andrew and Claus. Sociable, service with a smile and took the time to get to know us which added to the neighbourhood feel. Sad that we have now left the area, but will miss de rosier and wish them all the best for the future.

Absolutely adore the selection of hot chocolates, I've tried a few and the 50/50 of Milk and Caramel is amazing. Everyone in the shop is always friendly and very welcoming, happy to engage in conversation, and offer advice on the products. How every shop should be
