VELOBELLO CYCLES

Unfortunately Ive had to post a negative review as Ive had nothing but bad experience with VeloBello. Firstly I was delivered the wrong bike 3 times. With a few emails sent back and forth I agreed to keep the last bike they sent me. They also gave me some lights by way of an apology (which I was more than happy with at the time). Within a couple of months the pedal sheared clean off whilst out riding. This just shouldnt be happening to a relatively new bike. I was assured Id be sent a new crank set as a replacement. I never received it. When I tried to contact VeloBello to check where it was, I had no response and have not heard anymore since. Disappointed as I was really looking forward to getting the bike. I love the design and would have used it everyday but now its just sitting in the shed gathering dust. 2 stars.

Wow! Amazing service. I ordered the bike and i got it the next day, fully fitted and ready to ride delivered to my door. Just in time for the great weather after the storms. I bought the new Soho Velobello single speed and it looks just as good if not better in real life. You certainly get some looks riding it around and comments from onlookers. The whole buying experience has been excellent from order to ride. Thank you very Much Velobello team and i will surely be recommending you.

Ordered Tuesday evening, delivered the next morning! Ordered a Chelsea for my weekend strolls - absolutely love it so far. It rides smooth and looks sleek!

Fair play Velobello - with national shortage on parts and products I was skeptical on delivery time quoted by Bojan - but sure enough - bang on cue. Great bike, easy to assemble - great communications and service - if only all bike retailers in the UK were like this.
