I ordered from Yayascakes for the first time and I was not disappointed!!! After struggling to find someone to make a cake for a family bbq on short notice I contacted Yayacakes via Instagram and they got back to me within a couple of days. I will admit that this they may need to look into faster correspondence with customers on Instagram but when they did get back to me it was easy to place my order and all conversations from them was professional and pleasant. I ordered the summer fruits cake and a XL chocolate traybake. On the day of collection Yayascake contacted me to inform that a mistake had been made with my order and instead of the chocolate traybake a sprinkles one had been made. I was offered a full refund or to have a Large sprinkles traybake with 4 small chocolate ones to compensate the mistake. I was happy with the latter. To be honest with you Im pleased the mistake was make because the sprinkles traybake was exceptional and a real hit at the family bbq! Everyone loveddddd it!!! Young and old! And we also enjoyed the chocolate one too. Okay so onto the star of the show the summer fruits cake. It was divine! It was bursting with flavours,moist and it was beautifully presented and worth every penny! I am so pleased I placed my order with Yayascakes and look forward to placing an order again for our next family bbq. I read some of the other reviews on here before writing mines and I was shocked to be honest. All this talk about stale and dry cake I dont get it! Some of them reviews just seem dodge in my opinion. I dont know these ladies from nowhere but I can see they are trying their best with their business and I can respect that. I came with my mother 2 sons and nephew to collect my order and they showed us great customer service. Well done to these ladies for their great works! Keep your heads up because youre doing great!
