My enquiry was at first handled very professionally and I waited for a call back which to be fair was within seconds of leaving my name. A female called me back and was very snarky. Does an enquiry by a neighbour of Nightingale House not merit courtesy?

Renting through Percivals has been a pleasure, from the start they have been helpful with information and answered any questions I had promptly and professionally. At the end of my tenancy they gave me a helpful checklist when moving out which made the process easier and more straightforward. Thanks especially to Georgina, her communication is rapid and informative!

Over a 1 year tenancy I found the staff rude and dismissive. Im not expecting the world as estate agents are busy but some simple people skills and manners wouldnt go a miss. This is a shame as the property I rented was lovely but the poor maintenance of it and general attitude of the agents meant I did not want to renew the tenancy. I would absolutely not recommend as a tenant however as a landlord it may be a better experience. Despite the general rep of franchised agents, in a month with them I have found them to be far more personable, approachable and willing to help.

Simply one of the most professional companies out there. What more can we really say, from start to finish Claire and Georgina have been so friendly, reliable, honest and efficient.
