Mark was responsive knowledgable and thorough in his analysis of the issue and dealt with it promptly and professionally whilst being friendly and polite at the same time. Great job and will definitely use Essex Gates for all my future gate issues.

Mark and his colleague were fantastic. They set up a new Alexa and Ring system on our gates and fixed them as they had stopped closing. Would highly recommend Mark.

Hired to automate and fix an 100 year old existing iron gate. Excellent from start to finish. Really neat wiring, overall tidiness, and over came a few issues (using old gate and existing infrastructure) with ease. Now have a really nice easy to open / close functioning entrance. Note this wasnt for security as gate us only a metre high, but to allow it to close with a click and lock out of hours (usable in the daytime). Would highly recommend Mark and his team. Worked in all weathers also! Steve

I would highly recommend Mark at Essex Electric Gates. Our gates were installed by another company seven years ago, but our key fobs had stopped working, and that company is no longer trading. I emailed Mark on Saturday, he called me to discuss the same afternoon, and had done the work by lunchtime on Sunday. He was incredibly quick and professional, reasonably priced, and made sure everything was working before he left. Really happy to have found this company, and wouldn't go anywhere else in future.
