Spoke with Jason the Branch manager who quoted me for a same day delivery from Essex to London. I confimed with our client who was happy with the price etc then after taking the booking Jason emails me to advise they are struggling to get a vehicle to me today? Surely you would know what you can and cant do before agreeing to take on the job??? Absolute shambles to be honest, we now have to take the item into London ourselves so not to let a client down, talk about being compromised! Shame speedy freight dont have the same outlook for thier clients!

Having worked now with Simon and his team at Speedy Freight Colchester for a little over 2 and a half years now, I would like to say that Im delighted to have found a freight/courier company that really do provide an exemplary service. Even during very challenging delivery & collections of items, the team at Speedy Freight Colchester have always managed to deliver a service with optimum professionalism whilst always remaining to be courteous, polite and reliable and more importantly deliver this service at a price that suits us and our customers requirements.
