Jacob designed and built a conservatory, replacing an older structure. The standard of the work was excellent and I fully expect to have many years of service from the structure. From the start, he was helpful in discussing the requirements and solutions, adding several improvements based on his experience - for example he researched details of the glazing and glazing support beams. He recruited a colleague (Leigh) to help meet my schedule, while retaining full responsibility for the work. The final cost was as agreed, paid with a sensible schedule that allowed me to ensure that I was happy before the final payment.
