        Excellent at sales, very poor at customer service. Cross your fingers and hope it goes well. Not recommended for listed buildings or tall or difficult to reach chimneys

        Went to the Bury store for help proir to buying a new woodburner. They were very helpful offering loads of advice, caterlogues and they have a great range to look at and "try" out. We wanted to see a model they didn't have, so they checked with their Earls Colne store and we went to see it there. Staff at both stores helpful, friendly and made it easy to pick the idea stove for our situation. We ordered and then collected the stove from Earls Colne. Great stove, great company, great service.

        They don't keep to agreed appointments. Gave up whole afternoon expecting a rep to visit. Only to be told when I called to ask where they were that they had no record of the appointment. Funny that given I have an appointment card confirming the details.
