I asked Kevin at Podium IDC for advice on buying a new laptop as mine was slow and not functioning well. Kevin suggested he take a look to see if he could clean and update my existing machine, which he did quickly and professionally. I now have a fully functioning laptop that works fast and no longer sulks when I move it! From an environmental point of view this is the much better option too. I would thoroughly recommend Kevin as he explains without confusing IT jargon and makes sure you get the best solution for your computer needs.

After purchasing a piece of equipment from them from Amazon I have sent several emails and messages in regards to dispatch/ delivery and have had no response. Also called several times with no reply. I have been forced to request a refund and will have to take my business elsewhere

I am posting this review on behalf of mother and this what she has to say. I would like to take this opportunity to express my thanks to Kevin for the work he did for me to get my laptop up and running. He was very helpful with every aspect from the transference of data from my old computer to adding programmes as requested (at a very realistic price). He saved me time and money and was very amicable when he delivered the laptop back to me when he then did some extra work that I hadnt originally asked for. Would recommend to anyone for any IT requirements, excellent service. They have also helped me personally and i would agreed with the above comments. Thank you Podium IDC and especially Kevin Smith.
