Wedding Rings by Natalie

Met with Natalie a couple of years ago now to designed our wedding rings, due to Covid and an issue with my original engagement ring (through no fault of Natalies) we have been trying to get hold of Natalie for some time and only been told the business is closed, it since turns out she is now in Australia. Being told that would have been far better customer service than just being told the business is closed and what more can she do. Natalie is lovely but you will know hers and her daughters life stories by the end of your appointments she does like to Talk. Although we were pleased with the rings its very disappointing now weve had to go elsewhere to sort new rings my wedding ring that we paid several hundred pounds for is only worth 28 which was quite a shock

We've bought our wedding rings from Natalie. Everything's been brilliant; the rings are great, the prices were much cheaper than chain stores, and Natalie is incredibly friendly and helpful.
