Just had my Tesla wall charger installed by Bart who was absolutely wonderful! Bart was nice and early and went through the installation process and then got on with his works! The install was finished in a timely manner and there were no issues! Bart then provided some guidance on how to use the charger and also updated the firmware. From start to finish its been a pleasure dealing with Kerrith from Crystal electronics! Very good customer service and I will be recommending this EV charger specialist to friends and family!

On installing an EV charger they managed to drill into an armoured cable which was repaired with underrated components. After some time these got very hot and melted almost causing a fire, see pictures Do not use this company, they are slap dash and dangerous - AVOID !

If you want poor electrical work then this is the company for you. Expecting the sub contractors to complete jobs in impossible time scales. I did some work for this company back in April 2022 and still yet to be paid. I booked it back in with the customer due to doing another job in the morning and not having the time to finish the EV install to the correct standards. Yes I could have completed it but in a poorly manner (NOT MY CUP OF TEA). Dont think they will be running any longer if this type of attitude towards the installs continue, Ive seen poor install reviews from this company including other contractors and theyre shocking and I can now see from the reviews myself it isnt just me. If Tesla and many other well known EV charger brands havent removed them from the approved installers list very soon, I will be surprised (If they havent done so already)
