Recently purchased a new kubota digger from these guys. Very good to deal with from order to delivery. Will was excellent and to deal with from initial order to delivery- highly recommend .

Generic company trying to look good but underneath they are just interested in an easy life. Ive been buying Kubota for 28 years and so they saw me as an easy touch, and have purchased four machines from Shellplant. But if you need a service in Norfolk dont hold your breath. They charge you FOUR HOURS travel time on top of your work. My new KX080-4 (2019) first service cost 1.5k . It has serious hydraulic and mechanical issues (under warranty). Ive been waiting for 4 months for Kubota to come and take a look. They are all style and no substance. The MD doesnt care, I got a wordy 3 page email from him telling me it was my fault, Id been abusing my own 60k machine. Its the sort of place where you feel you need to give a backhander to get looked after, otherwise you get to the back of the queue. Seriously, if you read this, find another dealer. Im going Hitachi from now on August Update Still waiting....Shellplant have now sent a Kubota engineer twice and have replaced parts of the hydraulic block. They said thats it, no more to do. The MD deals with me personally now but to be honest i feel like Im still being fobbed off. The machine is the same. So I started contacting other owners and found a few machines the same. I phoned another dealer, and immediately got a yes we are aware its a problem on some machines and within 48 hours Kubota contact me to say they will support me on another machine. Lets see where this goes Late September update It went nowhere. Lots of promises but zero action. Also Ive been sent a threatening email by the director of Shellplant personally for not yet paying a bill to replace the link arms which bent out of shape (3rd set!). Ive paid up now after his email but Im not impressed. The machine is under warranty and they should be replaced FOC. #complaint #poorservice #nothappy #diggerproblems #kubota #shellplant 2021 update. Nothing done by Shellplant or Kubota. However: We have purchased 3 machines this year, and Im pleased to say none of them have been through Shellplant.
