        Poor communication from the outset. I finally received my order (door) delivered at 10pm on a Thursday night. By 22:10 I had emailed Camdoo to advise them that the door was damaged. I heard nothing back from them so contacted again on the Tuesday only to find out that the office was closed for 2 weeks. Camdoos reviewed my photographs and decided a touch-up pen would sort the damage out and wanted to post one to me to carry out the repairs myself. I declined this and asked for them to repair. While I was on holiday they visited and coloured in the gouge in the door. I now have a black gouge, easily visible on the door. Problem not sorted. If you value a good service, aftercare, and product then avoid Camdoo at all costs.
