St Helens Plumbers

Phoned to make appointment he said it would be 7 days. I said fine, time would be between 3/4 pm. Appointment time arrived but no plumber, no text or phone call to explain. Text him later in the day to find out reason for no show, said earlier job had over run. These things can happen so asked when he intended to come to do the job. Two days on no reply to my text, I try to use local people but incidents like these leave you feeling disappointed. Dont know how good a plumber he might be, but business wise very poor. This is the first poor review Ive ever given but feel let down.

I googled Lee, in a panic, at gone 7pm. Luckily he was just down the road. He arrived within 5 minutes, sorted the under sink dripping, by the second, and had been mopping up and filling pans all day, trying to stem the flow. He cracked the the problem within 15 minutes!! Job done! What a relief! He's a local chap, friendly, clean worker, efficient, readily available, works for himself, and, above all, he shows true workmanship! BTW, he also does boilers and gas maintenance, so a good all rounder, a great number for you to keep in your contacts. Thank you So Much Lee. You're worth it!
