I've had bad things mentioned about this shop from Family Members but I thought I would try them as they may have been having a bad day when they went, turns out, their review was spot on. I went in on Saturday, as I want to get my dog a new harness as his is looking a little old and tatty. I asked do they have one of the harnesses in a certain size, I was abruptly told that they are for big dogs (however Julius K9 sell them in a range of sizes, so not just for big dogs are they) So I left this purchase and ordered from Julius direct. I then thought I would get my dog a Black Pudding stick as he really enjoys these, the first one I picked up had mold on it so I had to put back and find a new one with no mold on it. I won't be going back to this shop which is a shame as they are a local shop, and sadly, I get better customer service at Pets at Home.

Brill! That's good to know. I stopped going because the old staff left. I'll pop in soon with the good and naughty one :)

Disappointed in the place. Staff were not interested. Expected more dog snacks and treats
