Probably the best opticians I've ever been to! Step by step I was taken through my contact lense choices, given plenty of testing time - I even chose to test a coloured lense! Everyone was so helpful. Thank you so much for an excellent service! Very highly recommended.

They are our family optician as we are all a bit cross-eyed and/or going slowly blind. Great staff and service, can't fault them at all. Well done for making our eyes work like normal people's do.

Took my 4 year old son for his follow up appointment. We hadn't been since Nigel retired but the new owner was lovely and my son was immediately put at ease. Really friendly staff from the "glasses doctor" (as my son calls him) to the receptionist. Great people. I really love the new decor too.

I can't recommend Roberts Opticians highly enough & have in fact already recommended them to my close relations. After a terrible experience with a well-known chain store optician who repeatedly failed to obtain the correct prescription and supplied unwearable glasses, Roberts corrected their mistake within one visit & provided 2 pairs of accurate glasses at a far cheaper price than the chain store. The staff are incredibly helpful and take the time and care to give their customers exemplary service.
