Really helpful receptionists at this surgery. They have been excellent with my baby daughter.

Complete waste of time, no matter what day or when I call to get through to the GP line, it isn't connected literally tells you there is a system issue and disconnects. They gave me an appointment 3 weeks from my contacting them for my child, arrived 5 minutes late which again I tried to call and inform them of the traffic but nope, system issues and disconnected. They then refused me to see us because of this. Changing doctors, don't waste your time.

I'm registered with this gp for few years and allways there is a problem with booking the appointment if receptionist will picked the phone up. You call them saying this is an emergency and they are telling you "sorry fully booked inn see your local walki Inn centre or go to a&e hospital"

Poor experience today. Arranged a telephone consultation with a Nurse practitioner. I was informed that the telephone appointment would be between 9am and 12 noon. No phonecall was made to me that day, however I received a missed appointment SMS message. Went into the surgery to find out what happened, to be told that the appointment was booked in as a face to face appointment. Asked for the appointment to be rebooked (as this was their error), to be told I need to once again battle with the public at large at 8am on the phone for an on the day appointment. Just lovely.

Four days to get to speak to a doctor over the phone (as apparently getting to see one is impossible!) now a further three days to get a sick note (& counting as I still haven't got one & apparently they are on half day today!!!!). All the ladies you speak to over the phone are very nice, but the service is abysmal
