I have to say that my experience with this Surgery has been extremely positive, as a country at present the NHS is stretched to its limit but I do make use of my NHS app and phone appointments to take pressure off the front line staff, when I need an appointment from reception to Doctor my experience has been first class

When I found out I was pregnant I was told wrong how to come off all my medications this left me with really bad withdrawals I was then told it wasn't withdrawals and there was something wrong with my baby I was made to rush to a and e and panic just to find out it was withdrawals due to the wrong advice of vista road. I was told to book in with a midwife at vista road I did and was told I'd wasted my time and was never seen again every issue I had in my pregnancy I was told to just take my tablets I'd already been through hell coming off. I ended up having my baby at 27weeks vista road surgery have done nothing other than make the situation harder the hospital recommended some tablets the doctors said I needed this in writing nicu did this 3 times and the doctors still refused and changed there mind to it needs to be prescribed by the hospital first then they will continue it the hospital did then yet again vista road refused the medication I have told them on numerous occasions what this is doing to my mental health again they couldn't care in the slightest and continue to make a extremely hard situation even harder

Spend forever trying to get threw always get line busy then kicked off. Also I went to the walk in center last week because iv been ringing the doctors for about a month and can't get threw or get told to ring back at 8 the next day. The walk in center have had to issue a letter to vista road so they have to see me as there was nothing they could do and supply me with what I need which is medical attention of a GP. The doctors can't ignore something in writing, Iv tried all the other options and the walking center was my last resort and still I ring the doctors and still no answer! I feel sorry for people who are really suffering out there and can't get the medical attention they need. I understand its not all the GPs fault but at the same time this is ridiculous!
