Euroseal Roofer in Newton-le-Willows avoid like a plague ! ! ! Shocking, unbelievable and disgusting Please, please share. I have purchased my dream house in March 2022 and been advised to check the roof. Sadly all good professionals were unavailable but Euroseal. Patrick, the companys owner advised new roof for over 6000 which seemed strange as house was unoccupied for over a year and there was no leaks or water damage. Alternatively quick fix has been proposed for staggering 2500 and due to lack of other options I have agreed and then my nightmare started After fixing the roof I have noticed 1st leak and reported it. It has been fixed again and again and again!!! I had to wait longer and longer for next consecutive visit which was making the leak worse. Finely Ive decided to get 2 independent specialists and they both advised that there is no need for new roof however few serious errors in workmanship has been noticed. New lead around the chimney is not laid over the roof tiles but under therefore water is pouring inside instead of over the tiles. Expanding foam has been used to seal tiles around the chimney ( why not the chewing gum? Would help them to maximize the profit). Other chimney is the worst and most outrageous example of all. During last visit Euroseal could not localize source of the leak so they cemented roof. I have 2 buckets in my bedroom for 8 months
