I bought a microwave today and it was delivered about 4hrs later 'what a service'. Also the man that sold me the microwave(unfortunately I didn't get his name) was extremely helpful and pleasant, when I also quizzed him about hobs and ovens. Unfortunately his manager wasn't available to praise him so I hope he reads this and gives him the pat on the back he deserves. I think the fact it's a family business is advantageous as I was meant to feel like a person not a number and to be able to speak to a real person is a rarity these days. Keep up the good work.
