While on the M62, I witnessed the driver of a Shawton Engineering van using both hands to text on his phone, diverting his attention to the road ahead. This dangerous behavior caused the van to swerve in and out of its lane, creating a hazardous situation for other drivers on the road. It is important to note that such behaviour is completely unacceptable and puts the lives of all road users at risk.
