Took a coat to get a new zip...was ready a week later...highly recommend...

Googled the opening times and saw they close at 5pm, at 2.50pm I arrived and the door was locked with a small note saying she was doing collections. I rang and was told shes too busy to do any adjustments for 4 weeks because of prom, I asked if she could just take a look at a photo and give me her expert opinion on if an adjustment on my dress was even possible and again was told she was too busy - she was inside and I was stood right outside the door. I appreciate it's a busy period but the rude attitude was not needed. Service: Alterations

After collecting my wedding dress on Tuesday from another seamstress and being very disappointed with the quality I contacted Perfect Fit via Facebook. I explained that I fly out to my destination wedding on Sunday and wasnt happy with my wedding dress. Sharon gave her expert opinion and put me at ease that my wedding dress was fixable and would look perfect. The dress was ready the next day! Sharon had really gone out of her way for me as she knew I only had days to fix my dress. My wedding dress now looks stunning and I cant wait to wear it next week.
