Disgusting company, Appalling customer service. Couldnt get into the event due to terrible traffic. Locals rung the police. Requested refund of tickets. Was told to come the next day but couldnt. Requested refund of money again. I have been ghosted by this company and no refund!! 3 months down the line still no refund! Would give minus stars if I could. Do not buy tickets from this company prior to visiting.

Absolutely shocking company - appalling at best. The whole event of the easter country fair was beyond a joke the way it was organised, total waste of everyone's time and fuel on a sunny bank holiday We missed pretty much all of the events we wanted to see due to the queues getting in... We left our home at 9.30am so 4 hours in total for a normally 50 min journey It was simply backlogged due to the ill-thought ticket/payment system and use of 1 entrance (with no signage to either queue) People that had prepaid were also in the same queue... There was a total lack of planning and thought especially for disabled visitors, toilets and facilities with queues for the portaloos insanely long - it was hideous. Not fair on all the staff either who all looked to be children or school leavers.... didn't see a member of staff who was above 18. The traffic marshals were mostly children and didn't know where to direct traffic. I saw loads of people getting blocked parked in.. I saw what looked like a 6 year old with a hi-vis on leading cars the wrong way right after the entrance.. we were in disbelief. Not acceptable for such a prestigious location with ample parking space had it been organised properly.. They must have made a fortune too at 10 per person, hundreds and hundreds eventually got packed in. Complete joke. This company couldn't organise a drink in a brewery let alone a proper event - avoid at all costs.
