still waiting for my order 4 days over the 9 working days quoted and now i can't get them to answer the phone, pay a bit more and have less stress buy else where

Order placed on Monday 29th September 2014 . After reading the two reviews we thought we had lost our money!. On October 1st at 07.40am our order was delivered,not completed. Remainder of order delivered today.Excellent service !!

I ordered polycarbonate sheeting along with other ancillary fixtures and fittings, giving eight days notice to collect by courier on Friday, en route from Northern Ireland to Spain. The sheets were not available when my courier arrived around mid day, after waiting an hour he was told that they would be there in another two hours. Unable to hang about for three hours or more, he left. I then contacted the company , expressing my disappointment at their failure to provide the service that they had agreed more than a week before, the courier cost that I have incurred, and cancelled my order. They then told me that they were "unable to cancel my order because they didn't say what time on Friday the goods would be available", and that I could send my courier back from Spain at a later date and they would retain the goods at there premises. I believe that this company previously traded under The Polycarbonate Shop. CAVEAT EMPTOR! One to avoid

Customer satisfaction is non existent with this company. A 4 hour round trip to collect a piece of Acrylic after countless phone calls to ensure the piece was delivered in time for the opening of my bar all went on total deaf ears. The day I was promised the acrylic would arrive by about 2pm there was no sign so I called them to get an update only to be told they hadn't posted it and nobody had bothered to tell me. Out of sheer frustration and desperation to have the acrylic that day I drove to their warehouse and the large piece of acrylic had been left in the porch for me because everyone had gone home! I am still waiting for an apology and also a refund for the delivery cost. Horrendous company.
