        I recently bought a show stopper sofa from Lucys Lock up and I am so happy with it. Comfort, the look, EVERYONE comments on it! Purchasing the sofa and delivery was straight forward and the sofa arrived on a day and time suitable to us. I had a slight issue with the sofa and even though this was not at the fault of the company, they promptly called me and came to see the sofa within days. Both Lucy and her husband resolved the issue and I genuinely feel that I received 100% better customer service and resolution than I would at any high street shop or large organisation. Thank you so much for my beautiful sofa! I cant wait to return over the next few months to fill my house with Leicester best kept secret, Lucys lockup furniture.
