Wonderful family butcher where nothing is too much trouble from having cuts explained to offering a shrink wrap service! On our first visit we bought beautiful bacon, black pudding, leg of lamb & lamb Henrys - a new one on me but economical & excellent in a slow cooker. All meats are locally sourced, which we like & theres a small grocery display too. We are returning regularly now for our meat & very glad this lovely shop was recommended to us. We wholeheartedly pass on this recommendation. Patronising our small family retailers is the only way to save them.

First visit and I am very impressed, local produce and high quality meats very friendly helpful couple run the place full of passion for local produced goods. I am looking forward to eating lamb that has come from a barwell farm. Well worth a visit I will definitely be coming back.
