I placed an order after seeing this brand on Instagram, i was concerned as it wasnt dispatched as it said it would be so I sent an email to Mark the owner. Absolutely amazing customer service from Mark and his team, he explained the reasons for the delay and had my order sorted and waiting to be picked up within half an hour. If you have ordered and dont need your items in a rush then please allow this company time, they are a small business who have blown up overnight! But if you are in a rush then dont hesitate to contact them. 10/10 customer service. thank you

Ordered 1st feb next day delivery still no delivery 8th feb email and Instagram messages sent and no reply dont waste your money lots comments on instagram about not receiving items

Ordered from there over a week ago, after seeing them on Instagram. They advertised on my invoice next day delivery using DPD. I'm still awaiting parcel. I've emailed customer services and messaged on Instagram with no response. I'm not happy and will be contacting the bank to get my money back!

Ive ordered online with Tutti Rouge recently after discovering them on Instagram and not only are their products amazing - beautiful designs and wonderful quality but their customer service is outstanding! I had a wonderful experience with Chloe, who was so friendly and accommodating. She went above and beyond to assist me via email and you can tell they really care about their customers and nothing is too much trouble.
