        UPDATE: Following up on previous review Vogue beds made the misleading point about my bed frame not having enough slats to support the mattress. In fact the bedframe has a plain sheet of board across it with no gaps (see photo) which is best practice in the industry - which they know. The slats they refer to are underneath this. Vogue beds used this to avoid warranty claim. On the positive side, I purchased a slim piece of foam and put it under the mattress protector. No more back problems! I wouldn't expect to spend almost 2000 then have to do this. But this is all they needed to do to have a happy customer. Instead they decided to avoid the problem and make excuses. Bad attitude and unreliable warranty. Great to see this review getting so many thousands of views which should help the company to learn the hard way. Amazon always looks after its customers as such I buy from them every week. Good customer service attracts repeat business. Bad customer service makes customers post bad reviews. A lesson to be learned.
