Ive made a few purchases with FFD. They always offer great advice and the prices are very good too. They are my first choice for catering equipment and refrigeration. Highly recommend

Do not touch this company. I bought a fridge for my shop and within two weeks it had warmed all my stock up to such an extent that i had to throw it all away. An engineer was sent out to 'repair' it and instead fitted another faulty part which resulted in everything being frozen. I then called FFD and the engineer but no one responded, in desperation (having committed myself to all the xmas stock) i called my own engineer who sorted out the problem. I am now told that the warranty is no longer valid and basically 'tough'. FFD have completely wiped their hands of this. Very NOT impressed. I dont even want to give them one star, but it wont let me post this otherwise.

My complaint and my extremely bad experience focuses on one person (Carol C.) who was sarcastic and unable to demonstrate professionalism. The representative wanted simply to charge additional fees only to receive more money. I had made 3 orders and Tom W. was amazing and very helpful and polite but ultimately that lady failed to maintain the good reputation of the company.
