I bought a lovely BMW E92 from Jax of Leicester. I'd like to rate to Ben at all! He is a very professional person that know the car very well. Also be patient with my poor language, he clearly explained details and history about the car thoroughly. I realized Ben is a honest and reliable seller, he had replaced an expensive part while double checked the car just before our deal (thus postponed several days), that ensures the car to be right for me. Overall I am very happy with the experience of buying my Hyundai i20 from JAX of Leicester! I traveled from Oxford and Ben was very nice and knowledgable. He assisted me on a test drive and was happy to answer any questions we had about the car. The car was also priced at a good rate and Ben clearly made sure the car was in good condition before selling it on and even shampooed the seats for me when I spotted a stain.

Bought a Toyota Yaris Hybrid from Jax of Leicester Ltd and couldn't be more pleased with the whole process and the car itself. Ben was most helpful throughout, agreeing to a weekend viewing at a time to suit. He was polite and helpful, answering questions and accompanying on a test drive, as well as giving much needed advice on driving an automatic. There was no pressure or hard sell, nor was there a rush to get things done. The car is a beautiful drive, spotless inside and out, low mileage, an excellent price and obviously well looked after with a full history. Exactly as advertised and precisely what I had been looking for. After sales service has been exceptional and I wouldn't hesitate to contact Ben with any questions now or in the future. I travelled from Chester to view and purchase the car, and it was worth the time spent and every mile driven. I would totally recommend to family and friends.
