        Houses are OK, but Avants services are absolutely shocking ! It's been a year since we've bought the house and things are not being done... Customer Services are so bad, booking appointments for snagging and then not turning up, no response to our complaints and to emails we've sent over a month ago. Nobody answers the phone and it constantly says they are short staffed (which doesn't surprise me)... I would stay away from buying a house from Avant as they are not competent enough to sell houses and they clearly don't care about their customers...
