New 2 You Eardisley

Fantastic experience today picking up our new caravan from New2You. Nothing was too much trouble. Leo greeted us and looked after us the whole time we were there. Being first time caravan owners we had no idea what to expect but Leo made us feel very relaxed about the whole experience. Advised we can call them if we had any issues at all. We brought a caravan Nov 22, they said it had a little bit of damp, which we said was ok as it was only a little bit. Boy was we fooled it turned out to be a lot of damp and when we phoned to ask them for help they said we can come to some arrangement, BUT when we travelled to there (1 and a 1/2 hours drive)they said they couldn't help! All they was willing to offer was to repair it at an extortionate price, which we could not afford after paying 8000 for the caravan.

Very poor service when I went to collect van. Had to wait 2 hours in the freezing cold. First trip out after buying from New2You the only thing that works is the gas cooker. Too many faults to name. Ive been duped. Id have been better off buying a tent

Bought a 2017 luna caravan last year, all lovely shiny under cover in the show room. Looked (to untrained eye) to be immaculate. Sadly over winter I noticed water coming through the roof at the front, as the van is sited away from home (where they kindly delivered it), I had a local caravan servicer come look. What he told me was not good. The van had been in a accident and badly repaired and badly resprayed (you can see the colour difference and paint dribbles when you really look). These cracks are beyond a small repair. The whole front panel needs replacing. When buying from here you MUST get someone who knows caravans to come check it with you. I don't know if I will ever get my money back now and insurance won't cover it. Sadly they saw a single mother coming.
