Blatant disregard of Covid regulations, the property in Staithes was filthy.
I have written to them three times over a period of 6 weeks and have yet to receive a response despite confirmation that they received my original complaint!
Unprofessional and totally unacceptable.
Seven hundred and fifty three pounds of our hard earned money to stay in what I can only describe as a hovel.
