My daughter had to cancel an appointment because she was called in for work as she works part time and student. She was on the phone for over 30 minutes trying to get through. When she finally got through someone deliberately hang up the phone. Luckily I work local and went into the practice. I stood at the reception waiting for the THREE receptionists to stop laughing and talking to each other before they acknowledged I was there. I told them someone put the phone down on my daughter and they just giggled to themselves and said oh we dont know how that happened. Then one of them told me she can reschedule my daughters appointment, but I told her no because I dont know when my daughter can come back. She completely ignored me and booked it anyway and carried on talking to the other two receptionists. While I was there I heard the phone ring and none of them picked it up. No wonder no one can get through. They are very unprofessional and need to be retrained. Will not be going back there!!!

They made my retainers wrong. I couldnt take them off hence they had to file them. Later on it broke in the exact place they filed it at and made me pay the full price for the replacement. Go to an orthodontist that takes accountability for their own mistakes
