        Fantastic home and staff are dedicated to looking after the elderly. My mum had dementia and was in this home for 3 years and the care couldnt have been better.

        Keep your loved ones away at all costs!!! Poor phone manners, from myself & family members experience poor knowledge of nursing care & I didnt find them genuine at all. They do not care about the elderly from my experience and they also dont know how to call and check up on patients that have been admitted to hospital due to their mishaps. Dont know how they are still opened. They are understaffed and dont have the time check on patients regularly. If your loved one is bed bound and cannot communicate well - dont consider this place. One thing I can say is the place is warm during the winter. Food - dreadful / thats if they remember to give all patients food. Management arent even in on the weekend. Id say more but theyd probably get shut down by the authorities. As I started - AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!! You cant put 0 stars so they were blessed with 1 star. I wasnt going to leave a review but I called today and they attitude I received was the last straw.
