Before Adam wed only ever done things directly with the bank. What a mistake!!! Adam took the pain and stress out of the house move sorting out the best deal available, quickly and efficiently. We ended up porting our mortgage but needing a smaller mortgage. Adam calculated the best way to do this to reduce exposure to early repayment charges something that if Id done directly with the bank no doubt they would have charged us the full amount. Adams communication was excellent throughout and he liaised with the solicitor and agents ensuring a quick and smooth transaction. Cant recommend Adam highly enough and will definitely be using again in the future.
