        We all know real estate agents, and cherish and love all those values that makes them "urban legends" of London!!!! Now THIS ONE, is a new low!!! Genuinely the worst I've even met : nowhere to be found, no professionalism, no checks, no maintenance, no contact, no response. The definition of absence! Do yourselves a favour and stay away.

        Communication with this letting agent is absolutely horrendous! When I left the property we had been waiting months for things to be fixed which still hadnt been done... Genuinely the most difficult person I have ever had to deal with, and this was just for a simple tenancy. Cant imagine someone trying to purchase a property via this agent! :( Do yourself a favour and AVOID at all costs!!

        Best estate agency I've ever dealt with. Unlike many other off-putting agents, Stuart in particular is not only professional, but also super friendly, easy-going and helpful. Highly recommend this agency. Lumsden totally set the bar too high for me and I can't really put up with the agency that's currently managing my property.
