Awful service. and rude staff especially on the phone. Booked my "same day test from Geneva., arrived Sunday morning, travelling Monday a.m to be sold "sorry M'am, test results will be at 02.00" so technically Monday?? BA block you so you cannot check in - NEVER EVER AGAIN. Useless.....
