Beware of high-tech baggers, these people have broken machines on site and let you in to park then take your vehicle picture and since they unable to pay due to their broken machines they send them hefty parking ticket, they are worst then homeless and other street beggars. No respect for visitors and taking advantage of their lack of understanding of system, I wish someone sue them big and they go bankrupt.
