Staff friendly, the hotel was super clean. However...1 lift was broken (which can't be helped), but it made it very difficult for people and workers to get up and down, especially if you can't use the stairs. The check-in was slow! The system the team were using was so OLD! Half the door cards wouldn't swipe, and it was unnecessary hold ups and queues because of this. I feel bad for the staff working there, with a system that is outdated. Lastly, the cookie on arrival is a lovely touch if you're not allergic to nuts. I was handed a bag of cookies without being asked if I wanted them or told what was in them. My friend is allergic to nuts, and this could have caused a severe reaction. Some people can't be around nuts, I'm unsure out of all the cookies they could give out, why they would have nut ones in an enclosed space. Our stay was lovely and the room was one of the best we stayed in.
