        The place deserves 0 stars, shut down even better. Everyone is rude and unhelpful. You can never see the doctor, only phone bookings which he doesn't make. I ve been waiting one week for a booking and on the day I haven't received any call. I called back an apparently the doctor has called which he has not as I was constantly next to my phone including taking it to bathroom. The receptionist informs me that the doctor takes no more bookings for another week. This is beyond unprofessional, these people should not be doctors if they hide behind close doors and rude receptionists. Such shame, as nobody goes to the GP for pleasure but needing a doctor. I am pregnant with hyperomesis gravidarum, I need medical attention and pills and not even in this situation the so Dr Wafick agreed to see me or talk to me. I mean under which circumstances would this Dr see someone ?? Unacceptable and sad sad sad.
