Da Vinci Clinic

I had orthodontal treatment with Dr Maria at the Da Vinci Clinic which has been a horrible experience. My teeth were moderately impacted and I was told that it would take 18 months to a maximum of 2 years to straighten my teeth. Dr Maria only comes to London every two weeks on a Sunday from Manchester. She would miss appointments (excuses such as her dog bit her hand, her car was stolen, covid etc) which meant that my treatment took much longer than expected. She also does not communicate with you clearly on the progress of your teeth and does not show you a before and after result. Often times, I had to direct her on where she should be focusing on to straighten my teeth. After 2.5 years, one year more than the estimated treatment plan, my teeth are still not straight and I will seek further treatment elsewhere. My last debonding session where my braces were removed, she removed the wires only and did not even check to see the alignment and results and then disappeared. She is unprofessional and comes across as inexperienced and I question whether her qualifications are legitimate. I will be filing a complaint before the UK Dental board.

I cannot recommend Dr Diana highly enough. The treatments with her are so well carried out, she is always paying attention to details to ensure the youthful but natural look is achieved. She is incredibly knowledgable, skilful and subtle. I always feel safe in her hands.

Really good experience having my fillings changed a few months ago. Thorough consultation and discussion on which problems need to be fixed. Treatment itself was very holistic and considerate of personal things like bite tendencies, with lots of painstaking remodeling to avoid future problems. Highly recommended.
