Compcontrol have provided us with IT and telephone hardware and support services for the last 5 years and I have been very happy with their standards of service. They have always responded promptly to our requirements and have made site visits and provided remote support as appropriate. In addition Compcontrol have made valuable recommendations to improve our systems and data protection.

I have known Compcontrol for several years, I am well looked after and cannot complain. They are my Provider now, after a very negative experience with Talktalk which resulted in me losing money when they had that hacking problem 2 years ago. I would recommend - and have already done so - Compcontrol to my friends.

Compcontrol have been managing all the IT services for my company and home requirements for over 6 years. In that time not only have they updated all hard and software but also given very sound advice, tailoring solutions in the most cost effective and practical way. The ongoing service is exceptional, I have never had to wait more than a day for an engineer and having remote assistance is excellent - no business time lost while Yaro and his team sort everything out. Always friendly, polite and explaining technical 'stuff' in a non-technical way so I can understand what to do and how to do it. I would not hesitate to recommend this company - it's not often you find people who care about their clients and want the best solutions in the least amount of time at competitive costs.
