AWFUL. Worst yoga studio I've ever been to. It feels like a money-making business instead of a yoga shala. I asked for an intro card since it was my first time trying it out and they told me they did not have one. Turns out they do, and so when I asked for a refund to switch to the intro card they said that there are no refunds. The studio manager was also laughing at me all the time when I was explaining the situation, which I found very rude and bizarre... As if amused by "my mistake" of trusting them instead of having booked the intro card myself directly on the website. In addition to the greediness, I did not sweat at all during the "hot" yoga class I did. In the second and last ever class there, the teacher was 10 min late. The level was very basic and not appropriate for advanced practitioners. Also dangerous for beginners since the teachers do not really correct you or ask if you have any injuries beforehand. You usually go to yoga to feel relaxed and fine; instead, I only feel stressed and disrespected. Finally, the teachers seem to pay more attention to the online students than the ones present in the class in person.

I love triyoga but they really need to sort out their hot yoga classes. On Friday evening the room wasn't hot and the teacher had to ask the reception to switch the panels on. That's not what people pay for. Plus the classes on Saturday and Sunday mornings are overbooked and very often there is no or very little possibility to do leg extensions etc. The idea of having a zen feeling when practicing yoga is ruined when I need to move around so that I am not getting kicked by my neighbour

Massive fan, regular member who attends on average 5 classes a week. Basically this is a high quality, fancy yoga studio. Heated floors, zen vibe, great classes and teachers. Worth every penny. Great changing room and infrared sauna.
