We just had our first treatment for our new kitten, and we couldn't have asked for more helpful staff - Dr. Jaime was very gentle with him, made sure to answer all our questions and helped us learn how to clean his ears and trim his nails. You can see how much care is put towards the animals here, and we are going to be back and recommending this to anyone who asks!

We took our cat to this vet after he had a bad fight with another cat and his eye was damaged. Doctor look at his eye and said that its nothing to be worry about as scratch is not deep. She prescribed some medication to use and bring him back after a week for check up. We use all medication but his eye was getting worse. After one week we took him back and vets offered to remove his eye!!! We where in shock!! Obviously we refused to do that and took him to Queen Mother animal hospital. In there they did special operation and managed to save his eye. We still going through recovery but he is much better now and he has his eye. If they would send us straight away to that hospital it could be a better results. So I cant say that doctors in this clinic knows what they doing for sure. The vet surgery is nice, very good reception people who helped me to get emergency appointment. And its very clean. But Im not be able to trust they vets anymore.

I recently took my small dog here for a dental cleaning and was very impressed with the treatment and facilities. Dr Kiekie was very fantastic and took great care of my dog. They explained the entire process to me and made sure I was comfortable with everything before proceeding. I would definitely recommend this veterinary practice to anyone looking for great treatment and very nice facilities.

My cat was shot with a pellet gun and I took him to see KieKie at Paws in the City. It was my first time visiting this clinic and I really wouldnt go anywhere else. KieKie was incredible and gave him the absolute best care possible. I have to say all staff here are amazing, warm and welcoming. I truly felt my cat was given the best care and I couldnt recommend Paws in the City enough. I will not be going to my previous vet again! Thank you so much for your compassion and serious TLC! Its a great feeling to know your pet is in the best hands especially when theyve gone through such trauma
