My first time at W5 collective and personally I will not return. Ordered coffee and the coffee was brought to our table, I asked for a glass of tap water. The water did not appear. We were brought and left a menu. No one approached us to ask us if we were ready to order. We had to call over a waitress and she seemed surprised we were ready to order, she exclaimed so. I asked for tap water again and was assured it would be brought and it was, half an hour after being firstly requested. We were brought a burger with a side of fries and something resembling coleslaw on the side. The burger was pink in the middle, we were not asked at any point how we would like it cooked. The coleslaw not only looked odd but did not really taste of anything. No condiments were provided and no staff in the vicinity. I went inside and asked if burgers were served with mustard, tomato ketchup? I was asked did you request it and was then handed both. We finished our meals and sat longer the plates were never cleared. At the current prices you need to step up your level of service, there is plenty of competition on your doorstep... Stana

Disappointed with my most recent visit. Ordered the Chico chico burrito, having previously had and enjoyed the original breakfast burrito they had on the old menu. This arrived with huge chunks of raw onion and as is often the case with their dishes, was incredibly under seasoned. Only managed to have half of it and left the rest as it wasnt enjoyable. Such a shame as it has the potential but the new menu is somewhat restrictive and a step back from what was offered previously

We had drinks here. Great fresh smoothies. The beetroot latte would have been better with coconut milk instead of cows milk, as you couldnt taste the beetroot. But it was presented well. Update: we visited W5 collective for brunch and the food was sublime. The Turkish eggs were delicious and we asked for more bread to scoop up the remaining sauce. The pancakes had just the right amount of sweetness and tasted healthier than normal pancakes. We also went their for lunch another day and had the chicken burgers and half roasted chicken, which hit the spot nicely. The portions were generous and the staff are so attentive, we even changed tables several times to get the right spot, and were supported throughout. Update: we visited today and tried the burrata brunch. The concept is good, however I think the vinegar/sourness of the grapes was too over powering to enjoy in copious amounts and the seeded bread didnt seem to fit or balance the dish. This dish should be redesigned to have less sour grapes, maybe more sweetness and something fresh to balance it out. The rest of the dishes we had were a good quality and well made. The service again was superb
